The Client Visit and Job Order;
When a client makes contact we will visit the client to better understand the companies culture and ethos in order to best match the applicant with the position and client. We take down a detailed job description to ensure we do not miss the mark.
Our aim is to find the most suitable applicant for our clients we will advertise at our cost in a host of mediums including;

Interviewing Applicants and Background Checks;
We will meet each and every applicant before submitting his CV so you can rest assured that each applicant will be;
- screened for suitability
- interviewed face to face by a consultant who will have been trained in numerous interviewing methods including behavioural and competency based interviewing techniques.
- in depth verbal reference checks will be conducted
- credit checks where required
- criminal checks where required
- various assessments including typing speeds where required.
Data Base Management and Document Presentation;
We have an advanced internet based data management system designed for the recruitment industry which allows us to produce excellent CV’s and other documentation required for presentation to clients.
The applicants are then prepared for the interview by our consultants and as specialist recruiters we are aware of new market trends and this information is passed on to prospective candidates.
Follow Up and Communication;
During the whole process and for 3 months thereafter the consultant will remain in touch with both the applicant and the client in order to smooth any hiccups that may occur.
